Refunds are made on unused and unopened products if change of mind. If the product is faulty, it will be required to return prior to refunding and must be returned within the 30 day time period.

To exchange your product, please contact us for an RMA number to return the original product for another product. If there is a variation in the cost of the exchanged product, you will either be required to pay the difference or a refund will be arranged.
